Images from a lighting class…

Normally I just teach one to one lighting classes… its a lot easier just to have your focus on one person and I’ve never really been one for ‘public’ speaking… However…
Last weekend I hosted a multi person day with 6 local photographers, some with very little studio experience – and had a really good time!
Iveta Niklova was booked for the day (what a star she is!) and we covered a range of different styles of lighting throughout the 8 hours session… the whole day was a kind of crash course introductory studio lighting… and true to form I had a plan all sorted out beforehand which went out the window almost as soon as we started.
I wasn’t shooting myself as such but had to test lighting set ups throughout the day… but below are some quick shots I took.

Dear Aaron
Thank you for a fantastic day, I learnt so much about different lighting set ups and also your approach to studio photography.
I came away with close to 300 images and will be back for more!
Best Wishes
Steve
